Paul is a founding partner of Ryan & Boudreau. He focuses his practice in residential and commercial real estate, land development, estate planning, probate and business law. In addition to his law practice, Paul has been a successful real estate developer and specializes in representing developers throughout the project development process. Paul is a graduate of American International College and Western New England School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts
Paul places great value in being an active member of his local community. He is currently Chairman of the Holyoke Community College Foundation Board, Trustee of the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund and member of the Development Committee of the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts. Paul is a past Chairman of the Holyoke Community College Board of Trustees and former President of the Northwestern District Attorney’s Advocacy Center. Paul has served as Chairman of the Judicial Nominating Committee, Western Region, and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Judicial Nominating Committee, both of which were gubernatorial appointments. Among other activities, Paul has served as President of the South Hadley Chamber of Commerce and Vice Chairman of the South Hadley Charter Commission. He has also served on various South Hadley town committees and was a South Hadley Town Meeting Member for thirty-eight years.
