Pamela S. Malchik has been an Associate with Ryan & Boudreau since 1989.  She concentrates her practice in probate and family law including:  divorce, paternity, mediation, probate of estates, guardianships and conservatorships and related probate litigation and real estate.  Pam has extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of agreements in divorce settlements.  She has also drafted prenuptial agreements and has represented individuals in contempt and modification proceedings as well as other disputed matters arising after divorce.

Pam is admitted to practice in the state courts of Massachusetts.  She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and Western New England School of Law.
